So today in band Mr. Taylor told us all to think of a story that reminds us of the music we play from measure 50-70 in segment three (so we could sell the felling/music properly.)
And so I thought of ninja's and pirates.
During measure 50 is an almost "after the calm" type feeling, it's all happy and sunny, then by the time measure 58 comes it's all "hoshiz, something badass and epic is coming (the ninja's) and then when it hits measure 68 the attack begins.
The ninja's and pirates are all out, and everything, then by the time measure 112 comes, along comes ZORRO!
fucking wins and pwns all.
What does this mean? I will be writing a "story" about this and hopefully have it uploaded onto someplace so you can all hear it and understand.
=\ Then after band ended we put our insturments away and I got pulled over by Mr. Taylor and was asked why I missed band. D: I didn't miss band.
The other Lindsey missed band. The flutist. I'm a clarinet.
D: It's so frustrating sometimes, because whenever we're out on the grid they don't use our last names, and so whenever Jones is fixing the other Lindsey it makes me feel like I'm off. But really, I'm not. D: D: D:
I totally feel for Alex and understand him and his hate of the directors not using last names. (There are like a bazillion Alex's in our band...)
And then today in English we got to see Tommy Lee's documentary of going to college. =\ it's alright. I'm super happy that we made it to the band episode (he tries out for drumline) and he sucks so much. He got so mad he through down his tenor. It made me slightly cringe. Those things cost a lot of money.
Well I should pack for tomorrow, and try to do my Algebra homework (for once I don't get it. D: fucking perpendicular graphing. I knew I always liked parallel. <33) and work on my presents for my little sises. xD
